If you are injured in anyway or even loss of life, if any of your personal items are stolen or damage, Ghost Seen can not be held responsible! These investigations can sometimes be dangerous as it involves working in 0 lux or total darkness conditions. By purchasing a Ghost Seen ticket for you or on behalf of someone else, both you and that person are aware of the possible danger/s involved. Please be advised! You are not obligated to enter dark cellars or small rooms if you should desire not to enter, you will always have the choice to miss that part out. In some locations where the cellars and some rooms are simply to dangerous these areas will be out of bounds to the public and only pre set cameras will monitor these locations. Anyone turning up drunk or merry or are suspected to be under the influence of drugs will be turned away without refund. Anyone acting loud or trying to cause a nuisance to themselves or others or generally not taking the investigation seriously, will also be removed and sent on their way without refund. Ghost Seen can not allow anyone under the age of 18 to attend, pregnant women are also unable to attend. Anyone with a nervous disposition or stress should also be advised not to attend. Flash photography is used in these investigations, anyone with epilepsy should be aware of this! Please be aware that film cameras will be monitoring on night of investigation and footage captured maybe used on internet broadcast. (NO royalty offered if you happen to be in the footage!) Ghost Seen is not liable for any personal messages given to you by the mediums working on the night of investigation. Smoking can not be allowed indoors due to new UK laws and the sensitivity of equipment used on location. All smoking will take place outdoors at designated locations. Anyone caught attempting to damage or steal Ghost Seen equipment could face prosecution! You have been warned! You are not obligated to stay the full duration of the investigation and can leave at anytime, NO refund will be made. You must understand that Ghost Seen offer the chance to experience what it is like to be a paranormal investigator. We also show what is involved in paranormal investigation and try to further your knowledge in this subject. By purchasing a GSI ticket you are aware that there are no special effects or dressed up persons ready to scare you. If you seek this type of entertainment you are looking in the wrong place. These are serious paranormal investigations, please understand this when buying a ticket for you and or another person/s. Anyone found trying to convince other people taking part on an investigation, that the paranormal is all fake and rubbish will be dismissed without refund. There are many people who believe in the paranormal, so respect their beliefs. GSI are not trying to convert you should you be a sceptic. We respect all person’s beliefs; we are simply demonstrating the paranormal investigation process to those interested. We always leave it up to you to decide if you want to believe or not. Ghost Seen can not guarantee paranormal activity on the night of the investigation, sometimes supposed haunted locations can be less active. Please understand that if you follow the rules and safety these paranormal investigations are very interesting. These terms have to be enforced so you are aware of the possible risk/s involved when investigating supposed haunted locations. Ghost Seen take all their investigations seriously, please be aware of all these conditions when purchasing a Ghost Seen ticket. (These terms & conditions are final and are not up for debate!)
